Founder & Managing Director of LD Homes Ltd. Oversees the pipeline from offer to completion, refurbishment, letting and long-term management.
Practical experience spans scoping and procuring works, planning coordination, compliance, and tenant management.
Sets programme, budget and quality standards for every project and keeps reporting clear and predictable.
Works directly with investors and landlords so decisions, timelines and outcomes are understood throughout.
Leadership with hands-on experience in planning, construction and housing management
